Mission
Our mission is to rebuild girls faith in themselves and empower them to grow into strong, determined, confident women. We discuss life issues such as faith, family, personal motivation, and self-determination as well as other skills necessary to deal with life’s many challenges and obstacles. 

Vision
To provide mentoring and outreach services to girl’s in a safe, consistent and beneficial manner.

Maintain a 2.5 GPA or above
Complete Quarterly Community Service Projects
Improving behaviors
Assist in obtaining monetary pledges from the Community
Respect peers and adults at ALL TIMES
Set monthly goals to reach maximum potential

We are based in Indianapolis and our goal is to be an outlet for any girl between the ages of 8 and 18 no matter where they are located or what situation they may find themselves in. We are more than a mentoring program, we are women providing leadership and an outlet that allows girls between the ages of 8 and 18 to be a part of our group mentoring series that's designed to give girls different topics to discuss amongst their peers and adult leader(s). Our organization is Community Based and has the availability to be housed at different sites based on the needs of girls within that community.

New Parent Words:
I am the parent of L.G.she just joined your organization and attended her first meeting on this Monday.  She absolutely loved it and I’m just touching base with you for two reasons one just to say I appreciate you for what you’ve accomplished thus far.  I also wanted to add that I am willing to help and assist in any way I can. She is my only daughter and raising a girl is so much more complicated than raising boys I have two sons it’s as different as night and day.

 

 

L.G. will be 13 this year and preteen and peer pressure and me being pre menopause don’t add up too well you know.  I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that I will be making three types of donations to your organization monetary, volunteering my time, and my talent.  I love kids and years ago I started a non-profit organization called Kids Creations Inc. Kid’s Club and I know how difficult it can be to find supportive people with efforts made to succeed. You’re off to a great start and I would like to keep the line of communication open you’ll be hearing from me soon.
